How does a consultation work?
Each consultation begins with a free initial meeting, where we discuss your situation and goals. Afterwards, we develop an individualized consulting plan together. Further support is provided in regular, one-on-one sessions – either in person or online, depending on your needs. A minimum of two appointments per week, each lasting 1.5 hours, is mandatory.
Can the costs be covered?
Yes, our services are certified by the Federal Employment Agency and can be funded through the Employment Agency or the Jobcenter. Especially, job coaching is often available free of charge through an Activation and Placement Voucher (AVGS). We are happy to advise you on funding options.
I am not registered with the Employment Agency or the Jobcenter – can I pay for your services myself?
Yes, our services can also be used on an hourly basis as needed. We would be happy to provide you with a non-binding offer.

How long does job coaching last?
The duration depends on your individual goals. A typical coaching program includes 12-24 sessions over a period of 2-4 months.

Recognition of professional qualifications
How long does an recognition process take?
The processing time with the authorities depends heavily on the country and profession. The preparation with us can take 2-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of your case.
What does the recognition process cost?
You only pay our consultation fees. The official costs (usually 100-600 Euros) and any translation costs are additional. You will receive an exact cost estimate during our initial meeting.
What happens in the case of partial recognition?
In the case of partial recognition, we will develop a plan together for the necessary compensatory measures – such as further training, internships, or exams. We will also support you through these steps.
